By booking this service you will have access to one mentoring class with Ingrid. Each class is a full two-hour stand-alone session, including 1hr of teachings and 1hr of Q&A. Plus a powerful group meditation practice to calm your mind! If you want to be part of every class and to access her monthly Q&A gatherings consider joining our community. If you want to share time alone with Ingrid consider to book a 1-on-1 session with her. You will receive a Zoom Meeting Link via email once you've booked this class. If for some reason you cannot meet us live, don't worry, you will receive a link to access the recording as soon as it's available, so there's no need to miss out if your time zone is not convenient to the class schedule.
